ClickSoftware Attains Gold Certified Partner Status in Microsoft Partner Program

ClickSoftware (News - Alert) Technologies Ltd., a provider of mobile workforce management and service optimization solutions, has announced that it has attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft (News - Alert) Partner Program with a competency in ISV/software solutions.

 
This attainment recognizes ClickSoftware’s expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. As a Gold Certified Partner, ClickSoftware has successfully demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet the needs of customers.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, companies receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support to provide them with a competitive advantage.
 
The ClickSoftware ServiceOptimization Suite is designed to provide service organizations with the tools to streamline operations, reduce costs, boost productivity and increase revenues.

The company delivers products to companies in a variety of industries, such as utilities, telecommunications, home appliances, computer and office equipment, electronics repair, etc. These companies rely on these products to strengthen customer relationships by ensuring the right skills arrive at the right job at the right time.

The ServiceOptimization Suite is built end-to-end on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 platform using the Microsoft .NET (News - Alert) Framework. This solution allows seamless integration for customers of both Microsoft Dynamics AX as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

With this solution, organizations can respond more quickly to customer requests and connect their business in real-time with their mobile workforce.

Receiving Gold Certified Status in the Microsoft Partner Program is more than just recognition for a company. This status communications to potential customers that the offerings of the company have passed specific tests and are certified by one of the most respected companies in the world.
