ClickSoftware Attains Gold Certified Partner Status in Microsoft Partner Program

ClickSoftware (News - Alert) Technologies Ltd., a provider of mobile workforce management and service optimization solutions, has announced that it has attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft (News - Alert) Partner Program with a competency in ISV/software solutions.

This attainment recognizes ClickSoftware’s expertise and impact in the technology marketplace. As a Gold Certified Partner, ClickSoftware has successfully demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet the needs of customers.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, companies receive a rich set of benefits, including access, training and support to provide them with a competitive advantage.

The ClickSoftware ServiceOptimization Suite is designed to provide service organizations with the tools to streamline operations, reduce costs, boost productivity and increase revenues.

The company delivers products to companies in a variety of industries, such as utilities, telecommunications, home appliances, computer and office equipment, electronics repair, etc. These companies rely on these products to strengthen customer relationships by ensuring the right skills arrive at the right job at the right time.

Companies use these products to complete a range of critical tasks, such as automated schedule optimization, demand forecasting, capacity planning, mobile communications, reporting and trend analysis.

“Making our products as reliable, fast and intuitive as possible is paramount for our customers,” said Nigel Clark, ClickSoftware’s Vice President of Alliances, in a Tuesday statement.

“This certification is a testament to our commitment to providing the end-to-end mobile workforce management and optimization technology that service organizations need to reduce operating costs and grow revenues. It also allows us to clearly promote our expertise and relationship with Microsoft to our customers.”

The ServiceOptimization Suite is built end-to-end on the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 platform using the Microsoft .NET (News - Alert) Framework. This solution allows seamless integration for customers of both Microsoft Dynamics AX as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

With this solution, organizations can respond more quickly to customer requests and connect their business in real-time with their mobile workforce.

“Customers are looking for partner companies that can bridge the gap between their business demands and technology capabilities,” said Allison Watson, vice president of the Worldwide Partner Sales and Marketing Group at Microsoft Corp, in Tuesday’s statement.

“They need to trust in a company that can act as an expert adviser for their long-term strategic technology plans. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners, which have certified expertise and direct training and support from Microsoft, can build a positive customer experience with our technologies.”

“Today, Microsoft recognizes ClickSoftware as a new Gold Certified Partner for demonstrating its expertise providing customer satisfaction using Microsoft products and technology,” Watson added.

Receiving Gold Certified Status in the Microsoft Partner Program is more than just recognition for a company. This status communications to potential customers that the offerings of the company have passed specific tests and are certified by one of the most respected companies in the world.

Such recognition will help ClickSoftware to advance its positioning and reach into new markets, uncovering new opportunities and driving new revenue streams.
