Verticals onDemand Introduces SaaS CRM Application

February 25, 2008

Verticals onDemand, a pharmaceutical industry provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM solutions, has introduced VBioPharma Primary Care Edition CRM application for life sciences organizations.

Verticals onDemand has claimed that this is the first CRM application pre-validated for PDMA and the Food and Drug Administration s CFR Part 11 compliance. Verticals onDemand offers a call reporting and sampling system with complete IQ and OQ documentation. Thus, it reduces costs as well as the risk of being issued a damaging consent decree from the federal government.

“The consequences of not properly validating your system can be devastating,” said Patrick P. Den Boer, CEO of Q Pharma, Inc., a leader in regulatory compliance consulting services to the life sciences industries. “At the very least, a company will be issued an FD-483, which damages a company s reputation. At the worst, a company could enter into a consent decree costing the organization millions of dollars in fines, and even shutting down the facility.”

VBioPharma is the first Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM solution for primary care and the only Pharma CRM solution to come pre-validated. The solution is based on the Force.com platform to deliver all the advantages of the SaaS model to replace old client/server solutions.

The solution delivers full primary care functionality including physician and account profiling; tracking physician and account affiliations; call scheduling and route management; call reporting and mobile call reporting with electronic signature capture etc.

The VBioPharma Primary Care Edition also combines full-featured functionality for specialty care, managed care, and key opinion leader management in a single application, empowering all pharmaceutical sales teams to integrate their strategies for optimum success.
