TMone Expands Operations into Spearfish

TMone, a U.S. Business Process Outsourcing firm, has opened the 500-seat contact center in the former PREMIER Bankcard in the city of Spearfish. The contact center will employ up to 500 people and TMone plans to hire 50 employees initially.

Headquartered in Iowa City, IA with offices in Des Moines, IA and N. Sioux City, SD., TMone’s resources are strategically centric to the Midwest. TMone claimed that it has adopted an unconventional approach to designing and growing its business. The foundation of its success has been built upon its ability to form lasting strategic alliances with clients. The company has expanded through business relationships based on mutual trust, values, and commitment to results and has now evolved into one of the major firms in front office BPO, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Customer Service Selling (CSS (News - Alert) services).

TMone asserted that it is right now looking for employees with advanced call center skills, management skills, and experience with an aptitude for turning service calls into sales opportunities. The hiring process is scheduled to happen in late August and the contact center operations will start in September this year. The customer contact center will provide customer service, e-commerce, first party collections, inbound, outbound, and telephone account management interactions for TMone clients, which are mostly Fortune 1000 companies.

Officials with the company noted that their employees help their clients build relationships and clearly identify customer needs. They know these skill sets exist in the Spearfish area workforce, and are excited to continue growing their footprint in beautiful western South Dakota.

Gov. Dennis Daugaard commented that both the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and city of Spearfish have been working to recruit TMone to Spearfish for several months. PREMIER Bankcard offered a very attractive incentive by donating its building, workstations, computers, and telephone systems to the city, providing TMone with a ready-to-use site.
