The online customer portal is designed to reduce customers operating costs as it can simplify software upgrades and new functionalities implementation. service.YOU also provides instant access to the latest Digital Lightwave technologies and other new user guides, application notes and white papers, added officials.
service.YOU can easily integrate with Digital Lightwave’s in-house support systems thereby enabling customers to access the service history and current status of all their NIC Platform products in real time continuously.
Digital Lightwave will be offering free quarterly software updates for all NICs along with this new online resource. Customers will be able to download the latest upgrade software and also sign up to receive notices of future updates using this new solution, said company sources.
