In a bid to offer users unlimited access to critical business information, CRM software provider for the mid-market, Oncontact Software, has announced the release of Oncontact Wireless.

With Oncontact Wireless, users can sync their Oncontact CRM application to mobile devices.

The PDA-installed application, available March 31, offers instant access and offline capabilities so customers have truly unlimited access to critical business information no matter where they are.

"We design our technology to meet the everyday needs of our evolving customers," said Jon Zimmerman, president, Oncontact Software in a statement to the press.

"Oncontact Wireless is another leap forward in Oncontact Software's solutions providing users with customizable and unlimited access to build and maintain client relationships anytime, anywhere."

According to the company, "all emails sent from a wireless device will be tracked as an activity within the contact providing complete account visibility whether a user accesses Oncontact CRM through the Web, network or synchronization."

The new offering also includes the ability to filter data and sort email and will allow users to create new opportunities, calendar events, email messages and call reports with their mobile device.
