Results Software's Results CRM Solution Integrated with Constant Contact Solution

The move is designed to offer a number benefits such as: results can now be used to manage and upload contact list; campaign effectiveness can be analyzed; each contact's mailing history can be viewed; and more. Also, Results CRM contact records can be directly updated based on bounces and opt-outs, without alternating between applications.

According to Results Software, Results CRM Business Suite is a comprehensive business management solution that allows users to manage, analyze and maintain information within and across all business functions including sales, service & product delivery, customer service and finance. Capabilities range from opportunity tracking to work orders and job scheduling to invoicing and payments.

With Results CRM users can: have a 360 degree view of all business relationships; data visibility across the organization; track sales, service and product delivery; schedule resources and manage projects; and more.

Officials with Results exclaimed that using this new integration, Results CRM users will have yet another affordable and easy way to build successful and lasting relationships with their contacts. When one combines the Constant Contact Integration benefits with Results’ bi-directional integration with QuickBooks and Outlook, their customers can now ensure access to unique and accurate contact records across multiple applications.

The Results Constant Contact Integration module is stated to be currently shipping and is an optional add-on for all versions of Results CRM.
