CIBER Announces Implementation of 'Quick Start' Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Peterson Manufacturing

CIBER, Inc., global information technology consulting and services provider, has announced the installation of a "Quick Start" Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relations Management) implementation solution for Peterson Manufacturing Company, developer of vehicle safety lighting, mirrors, reflectors, antennas and related products. Utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Peterson Manufacturing will now be able to enhance and optimize its sales processes, track call reports, monitor sales team activity and streamline its expense reporting and approval process within one system.


In the past, the company was using a labor intensive manual system to help track sales calls and manage call reports and expense reports. However, as the company started expanding its business reach, it felt the need to upgrade and optimize its sales process. The new "Quick Start" Microsoft Dynamics CRM offering from CIBER not only helped in optimizing their processes but also resulted in a productive and effective sales force for the company both within the office as well as on field.

In a release, Rick Stephens, corporate director of IT said that "This project will allow us to improve our current processes and provide a reliable business tool for our sales group to share field intelligence across the company. We chose CIBER to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM because of their experience with system integration and knowledge of enterprise systems to create efficiencies where they didn't exist before."
