Netelligent is now a Member of NetSuite's SuiteFlex Developer Program



Netelligent has reportedly joined the NetSuite (News - Alert) SuiteFlex Developer Program. By extending NetSuite's One System Architecture with new capabilities, Netelligent will be able to meet the needs of businesses to integrate their business systems with their network and telephone systems.

According to Netelligent, this integration is the result of implementing Netelligent's Interact software along with NetSuite. Thanks to the SuiteFlex Development platform, third-party applications can integrate transaction data with their applications. The platform also enables customers and third-party developers to build new workflows and applications that can look and operate as if NetSuite's own developers wrote them.

NetSuite holds critical business data of a company such as orders, invoices, Web site transactions, shipping records, time tracking and payroll data. Therefore the applications that are built on it using SuiteFlex can provide key tools for managing the company's business.

A business can achieve truly unified communications with Netelligent's Interact software as integrated transactions are not just limited to a company's business systems, but can extend to the network architecture and telephony systems. Interact is part of Netelligent's software suite that includes Aware (News - Alert).

As an enterprise application, Aware enables a team to record, monitor and manage customer interactions (voice, video, chat, and desktop activity) and load the content directly into NetSuite.

Netelligent also partners with Cisco (News - Alert) to deliver business and operational value with a wide range of solutions and services, including IP telephony, IP video conferencing, unified messaging, call center solutions and voice over IP.

Rick Chapman, vice president for product development at Netelligent said in a statement that Interact extends the NetSuite offering to make unified communications a reality. He added that this easy to use solution can be installed quickly.

According to Chapman, with Interact customers can start saving money and improving their bottom line in less than one week.

NetSuite's SuiteFlex Developer Program helps solution providers achieve success in vertical markets.

Netelligent provides network and telephony solutions that help clients bridge the gap between infrastructure and business systems.
