Fieldpoint Service Applications Selects Blink Logic for Reporting and Analytics

Blink Logic Inc., a provider of collaborative, user-centric, on-demand business intelligence solutions, has announced today that its Web-based solution has been selected by Fieldpoint Service Applications Inc. to deliver multi-dimensional reporting and analytics for field service workers.


The integration of the Blink Logic on-demand BI solution with its own help desk, field service, contracts and project management software enables Fieldpoint to gain a distinct competitive advantage in the industry.

With the new Alert Analytics solution integrated with Fieldpoint’s .NET-based technology, the enhanced solution delivers enhanced drill-down capabilities and multidimensional access to data in a format that supports collaborative information sharing across organizations.

Blink Logic’s on-demand solution was selected by Fieldpoint for its ease-of-use, Web-based delivery model and user-customizable dashboards, scorecards and collaboration tools.

The solution provides Fieldpoint with a competitive advantage by delivering a combined help desk, field service, contracts and projects management application. It also provides the additional benefit of analyzing the data in near real-time.

The Alert Analytics solution enables users to create an online community that provides enterprises with access to key metrics and the ability to easily communicate the value and integrity of those figures across the company in a collaborative, blog-like format.

The new integrated Alert Analytics solution is available to software developers, consultants, IT and managed service providers, IP/telephony support providers and systems integrators through a monthly subscription with Fieldpoint.
