Contact Center Solutions Provider Interactive Intelligence to Announce First Quarter Results

Contact center solutions provider Interactive Intelligence will issue its first-quarter operating results for the period ended March 31, 2011 on Monday, April 25 at 4 PM EDT.



This will be followed by a conference call hosted by Interactive Intelligence founder and CEO Dr. Donald E. Brown and CFO Stephen R. Head at 4:30 PM EDT. There will be a live Q&A session following the opening remarks.

Interested parties can access the teleconference by dialing 1.877.324.1969 a minimum of five minutes prior to the start of the call.

Interactive Intelligence will also broadcast the teleconference live on its investor relations’ page at http://investors.inin.com/. This broadcast will be archived on the site once the call has been completed.

The company also recently announced that it has partnered with Communications Australia, a Melbourne-based value-added reseller, to deliver solutions in the Australian market. The agreement between the two companies will enable Interactive Intelligence to satisfy a growing demand for its cloud-based communications solutions in the Australian market.

Interactive Intelligence has been named one of Computer Reseller News’ top 25 unified communications and VoIP vendors on its “Need to Know Vendor” list. CRN is a provider of educational resources and bases its top 25 list on evidence of a vendor’s long-established unified communications practices and wide range of UC and IP PBX comprehensive indirect channels.

Unitus Community Credit Union has selected Interactive Intelligence’s IP communications software suite, Customer Interaction Center, for use throughout the organization. This implementation replaces an Avaya system in a move that is said to be part of the effort to improve member services by offering contact via e-mail and Web chat.
