Fellow Consulting Enhances CRM On Demand with Barcode Scanner Integration

Fellow Consulting, a customer relationship management (CRM) solutions provider in Germany, announced it enhanced the CRM On Demand offline client, CRM Gadget 2 Go, with barcode scanner integration.


CRM Gadget 2 Go is an offline client for Oracle CRM On Demand. Users can access their CRM information while they are out of office. They can maintain CRM data offline and synchronize it with Oracle CRM On Demand when they are back online again.

With CRM Gadget 2 Go, customers gain quick and easy input of data from customer meetings, sales and service operations, regardless of whether they are online or offline.

With CRM Gadget 2 Go with barcode scanner support, customers can scan the material they use at customers site. The barcode support enables customers to have all information about the customer’s assets or replacement parts within a service request. The data is available automatically, while it reduces time consuming and error-prone manual entries.

Customers are expected to benefit from better user experience.

Barcodes are used when it is important to use data in automatic processes without the risk of manual entries. Barcode is expected to speed up and secure data processing.
