Broadsystem Uses IBM Information Integration Software For Customer Data

IBM (News - Alert) announced today that Broadsystem, a UK provider of outsourced marketing communications, is using IBM Information Server software to manage their clients’ customer data.

Broadsystem creates, manages and delivers multichannel customer communication strategies. They develop, host and manage marketing databases and, through the intelligent analysis of marketing data, deliver and handle marketing messages through integrated multichannel communications.

The software will cleanse and transform a variety of information from data feeds, subscriber lists, online forms, call center data and third-party data sources for analysis and multichannel marketing programs, typically handling more than 10 million records.
IBM Information Server will provide end-to-end management of the data within Broadsystem’s subscription services to help further support subscription growth. The creation of a single, accurate view of customer information is a crucial part of creating personalized interactions, offers and communications.

The software conducts the real-time exchange of Web data and data feeds enabling Broadsystem to have accurate, up-to-the-minute information about each customer held on their managed databases. IBM Information Server will also be used to support a new CRM system the company is implementing at this time.

Broadsystem is a multichannel marketing agency, providing marketing program management, contact center, email, mobile, direct mail, analysis and database marketing services for leading brands. Data accuracy serves as the foundation of the business which relies upon IBM’s information integration platform to ensure data quality and accuracy.

“The intelligent use of data underpins everything we do,” said Caroline Worboys, CEO of Broadsystem. “Our use of IBM Information Server makes it possible for us to provide our clients greater insight into each and every one of their customers. The software will enable our clients to target and acquire new customers and develop more profitable relationships with them.”

IBM Information Server is currently available from IBM and IBM Business Partners.
