The Gotham Hotel on 46th Street in New York City is looking to streamline operations and enhance guest service and the hotel has selected the Guest 360 Property Management System from Agilysys.
Agilysys offers design and development services for hospitality customers’ running Guest 360 software. These services help customize the management of front office, accounting, and housekeeping operations, including guest information, guest services and concierge services.
Offering a highly scalable solution for hotels of all sizes as well as multi-property operations, the Guest 360 solution is the hospitality industry's first full-function property management system built from the ground up to utilize Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Allowing for flexible integration with other software systems, SOA enables the Guest 360 solution to be tailored to a hotel's business processes.

Guest 360 Property Management System provides features such as an attributes-based inventory engine; an innovative offer and rating system and Guest Hub, a centralized repository for guest profiles. Gotham Hotel finds Guest 360 property management system extremely user friendly, and it helps staff check in guests in an efficient manner to provide the best possible service, the hotel has stated.
In June 2010, LineSider Technologies, Inc. a provider of cloud automation, announced that it has added Agilysys, Inc. as an authorized reseller partner. Agilysys, Inc. is an innovator in IT solutions intended for corporate and public-sector customers. With this partnership, Agilysys will distribute LineSider's OverDrive network virtualization services platform to enterprise and service provider customers. The company can now significantly lessen network operations expenditure related to virtualization and cloud computing.
