Officials of kgb USA revealed that the company is expanding its Directory Assistance Call Center in San Antonio to include 150 new jobs that will provide "technical support for fiber optic TV, Internet, and phone services. These new job opportunities will include agent positions and management support roles."
Interested applicants are encouraged to apply in person at kgb USA's onsite job fair at the company's San Antonio office at 6010 Exchange Parkway. In addition, applications will be accepted through the month of January at this location and online. kgb, the parent company of kgb USA, is a privately-held company based in New York and an independent provider of directory assistance and enhanced information services.
Successful candidates for the new agent positions will have a solid understanding of broadband Internet services, client/server software technologies, computer hardware, network and operating systems, home networking, e-mail and client setup, and networking components.
