Teradata Intros Teradata Relationship Manager Version 6

In a bid to provide marketers with improved customer conversations and drive brand differentiation, Teradata Corporation has announced the latest version of its software application for marketing automation, Teradata Relationship Manager Version 6 (RMV6).


The new version seeks to further drive improved customer conversations across all sales service channels through integrated enterprise intelligence.

Multiple step customer conversations are further improved as marketers have better tools for planning, coordinating and evaluation threads of customer dialog from channels like Web, store, ATM and call center—to help further drive response rates and profitable returns.
 
Lisa Loftis, a consultant for Intelligent Solutions, Inc., a professional services firm which assesses and guides business intelligence and customer analytics initiatives commented, "This is what the future of business-to-consumer marketing looks like. "The ability to coordinate a consistent thread of multi-step conversations with customers across multiple touch points is the holy grail of marketing. Companies that rely on sophisticated customer engagements for brand differentiation and competitive advantage would be well-advised to closely examine Teradata Relationship Manager."
 
To enhance and speed up the rate at which marketers are able to create customized marketing messages, Teradata Relationship Manager Version 6 also provides a range of selection options including the ability to point and click to efficiently match the most relevant customers also, "its new Java-based architecture will easily fit into existing corporate IT environments, leverage existing resources, and further simplify administration and maintenance," a news release noted.

"We recognize the potential value of accelerated productivity and more elegant multi-step conversations with the use of Teradata RMV6."

Teradata also made headlines recently with the addition of Marketing Resource Management (MRM) capabilities to its Customer Management Solutions portfolio.
