Convergys Chosen to Provide Customer Management Solutions to U.S. Industrial Manufacturer

In support of a large U.S industrial manufacturer's customer care transformation initiative, Convergys Corporation has signed a new three-year contract worth $46 million for its services.

 
Convergys will provide the U.S industrial manufacturer with services to further enhance the manufacturers existing contact center operations.
 
Convergys will specifically provide, transformational planning, customer support, speech applications, learning and business intelligence solutions.
 
Convergys Customer Management Solutions are aimed at, "turning customer interactions into customer satisfaction."
 
With over twenty years of experience in customer care, their solutions help to improve the quality, services, efficiency and overall customer experiences, for improved operations and increased revenue growth.
 
Convergys reported earnings of 28 cents per diluted share for the second quarter of 2007. And most recently made headlines for signing a business process deal with Telecom Egypt to provide consulting services.
